TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USING THE LARA MY LIFE APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Lara My Life mobile application (the “Application”), operated by ERYO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (the “Company”), presenting original content created by a single Creator – Lara (the “Creator”).

The Application is available on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play).
Access is available only with an active Subscription.
I. Definitions
Application – Lara My Life app.
User – person aged 18+ using the Application.
Creator – Lara.
Content – digital materials (photos, videos, audio, posts).
Subscription – prepaid access to Content.
II. Acceptance
Using the Application means acceptance of these Terms.
III. Age restriction & content
Only 18+ users allowed
No NSFW explicit sexual content (no genital exposure, sexual acts)
Single Creator content only
No user uploads, no comments, no chat
IV. Subscriptions & payments
Subscriptions:
4 months (paid upfront)
12 months (paid upfront)
Payments via:
Stripe (external checkout)
Apple In-App Purchase
Google Play Billing
No payment data is stored by the Company.
V. Refunds
Digital content starts immediately → no withdrawal right (EU law art. 38 point 13).
Subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.
VI. Intellectual property
All content belongs to Creator/Company.
No copying, recording, sharing, redistribution.
VII. User obligations
No abuse, no hacking, no account sharing.
VIII. Liability
Service provided “as is”. No liability for downtime or user decisions.
IX. Termination
Accounts may be removed for violations without refund.
X. Governing law
Polish law. Courts in Warsaw jurisdiction.
XI. Apple / Google disclaimer
Apple and Google are not responsible for the Application.
