ER.YO is a subscription-based digital content application intended exclusively for adults. We take the safety of children and young people very seriously. This Child Safety Policy explains how we prevent minors from accessing the service, how we respond to potential risks involving minors, and how we comply with Google Play, Apple App Store child safety requirements, and applicable law.
This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Target audience & age restrictions
ER.YO is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older.
The application provides access to creator-published digital content and is not designed, marketed, or intended for children or teenagers. ER.YO does not participate in the Google Play Families program.
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, users confirm that they are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is truthful and accurate.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts, remove content, and delete data where we reasonably believe that a user has misrepresented their age or otherwise breached these rules.
Handling accounts of minors
If we discover or reasonably suspect that an account belongs to a person under the age of 18, we will take immediate action to protect the minor and the integrity of the platform. These actions may include:
restricting or disabling access to content,
requesting additional age verification where legally permitted,
permanently closing the account if underage use is confirmed,
deleting associated personal data where appropriate,
applying technical measures to prevent re-registration.
Reports involving potential minors are treated as a priority by our support team.
Content and behavior involving minors
ER.YO has zero tolerance for any content or behavior involving minors that is sexual, suggestive, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate (real or fictional).
This includes, but is not limited to:
sexualized images, videos, audio or descriptions involving minors,
any attempt to sexualize minors,
grooming behavior,
requests for sexual or nude content involving minors,
encouragement of relationships or interactions between adults and minors.
Any such content will be removed immediately, relevant accounts may be permanently terminated, and, where required or appropriate, the matter may be reported to app stores, child protection organizations, or law enforcement authorities.
Data collection and children’s privacy
ER.YO does not knowingly collect or process personal data of children.
Our registration process, application design, and marketing activities are targeted exclusively at adults. If we become aware that personal data of a user under 18 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete the account and associated data, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or law-enforcement purposes.

Parental guidance & device controls
ER.YO is not intended for use by minors. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools provided by device operating systems, Google Play, and the Apple App Store to:
restrict access to adult-rated applications,
manage app downloads and purchases,
control screen time and age ratings.
If you believe that your child has accessed ER.YO or created an account, please remove the application from their device and contact us immediately.
Reporting concerns
If you believe that a user of ER.YO may be under 18, or if you encounter content or behavior that could put a child at risk, please report it as soon as possible.

Please include any relevant information you can safely provide, such as usernames, screenshots, and the date and time of the incident. All reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate action will be taken.
