LARA MY LIFE CHILD SAFETY POLICY

This Child Safety Policy applies to the Lara My Life mobile application operated by ERYO Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
We take the safety of children and young people seriously. This policy explains how we prevent access by minors, how we handle potential violations, and how we comply with applicable laws and platform policies, including Google Play and Apple App Store requirements.
This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Target audience & age restriction
The Lara My Life application is strictly intended for users aged 18 years or older.
The Application is not designed, marketed, or intended for children or teenagers.
The Application does not participate in the Google Play Families program.
By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, users confirm that they are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably suspect age misrepresentation or violation of these rules.
2. Handling accounts of minors
If we become aware or reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we may take immediate action, including:
restricting or disabling access
requesting additional age verification (where applicable)
permanently closing the account
deleting associated personal data where appropriate
preventing re-registration
Such cases are treated as a priority.
3. Content involving minors
The Application has zero tolerance for any content or behavior involving minors that is sexual, exploitative, abusive, or inappropriate (including fictional content).
This includes:
sexualized content involving minors
grooming behavior
requests for sexual content involving minors
any attempt to exploit or sexualize minors
Such content will be removed immediately, and accounts may be permanently terminated. Where required, we may report such activity to relevant authorities or platform providers.
4. Children’s data
The Application does not knowingly collect or process personal data of individuals under 18.
If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will take steps to delete it unless retention is required by law.
5. Parental guidance
The Application is not intended for minors.
We encourage parents and guardians to use parental control tools provided by:
Apple App Store
Google Play
device operating systems
These tools can restrict access to age-inappropriate applications and content.
